What is the ACF?
The ACF is a climate-impact driven project finance fund seeking to serve as a catalyst for sponsors of energy transition projects in the Americas. The fund will accelerate the flow of investment into strategic energy projects in the region, working closely with governments and the private sector in the region to help leverage and stimulate investment in this sector.
OBJECTIVE
The ACF seeks to increase regional economic integration by promoting transparent, socially responsible and environmentally sound energy policy to maximize resource efficiency and create a capital multiplier effect through joint project study and execution.
ENERGY TRANSITION
The ACF will promote energy and climate projects in participating countries that will act as catalysts for socioeconomic development and encourage environmentally sensitive energy transition for the long-term benefit of regional populations.
